Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree196/2003, we hereby inform you that all personal data, including sensitive data, provided at the time of subscribing to EMMEI srl services, is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations in order to meet your specific requests in the most efficient possible manner, as well as to supply you with detailed information on the services offered and to fulfil the accounting and fiscal obligations imposed by law. Processing of your personal data shall take place at our premises, both in hard copy form and with the use of electronic means, in the manners and within the limitations necessary to pursue the intended purpose. The data may be disclosed to various parties involved in the business relationship, such as fiscal and accounting bureaus, data processing centre, legal firms providing contractual assistance, the A&F division and banks. Personal data may also be disclosed to professionals registered with professional associations entrusted by us to administer personnel and/or fulfil fiscal, accounting and administrational obligations in general and filing of the hard copy and/or electronic documentation; to data processing companies or firms entrusted by us to process pay rolls and/or accounting and the consequent accounting administrational and burocratic documents, as well as electronic and hard copy filing of data; to insurance companies, brokers, surveyors, transport companies, travel agents, leasing companies, hire companies, credit card companies, banks, customers and suppliers and in any case to subjects, bodies, companies, whenever necessary as a consequence of the business and/or professional activity.
